Kyle Defoor & Tom Kier 2-Day Concealed Carry & Edged Weapon Intergration Class As with all weapons which share a range of use, as in Pistol, Blade and Empty hand striking and grappling, they should after competency is achieved separately, be trained together. Because in a real world situation, all of these combative aspects may be used nearly at the same time, they must therefore be trained together. Not just transitions from one to another, but overlaid and simultaneous use must be understood, this course will be the beginning of that understanding and development. This seminar will cover many aspects of edged weapon use and training. To include but not limited to: - Mindset - Weapon selection and design - Holstering and deployment - Transitions and entries - Targeting theory and application - Using the edged weapon to dominate the closes ranges of combat - Using the edged weapon to retain and augment the pistol 2-Day Pistol Class Weapons & Gear Requirements: - Handgun - Minimum three magazines. - Mouthpiece - Groin protection - Minimum of two training blades (rigid, No point) - Ear protection - Blue gun - Appropriate weather/seasonal items - Food/water as needed by individual - Good attitude - 500 Rounds of handgun ammo
